Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the ability to return your items for a full refund. Any item purchased online can be returned or exchanged in-store up to 30 days past original purchase date. The following restrictions apply:                                                                                                                         
(1.)To return your items for the purchase price, all tags must be ATTACHED to the item, and you must send back your original invoice. IF YOU RETURN IN-STORE, YOU MUST PRESENT THE CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE ITEM to be eligible for a refund.
(2.) If you had your items shipped to you, you are responsible for return shipping. We will refund shipping ONLY if your return reason involves a business/employee error and is VALIDATED by the business owner. You may also return the items in-store for free.
(3.) Items CANNOT be washed, worn, stained, ripped, or damaged in any way.
(4.) Tags MUST BE ATTACHED TO ITEM. We will not accept items with tags that have been torn or pulled off.
(5.) Once we receive your items, we reserve the right to inspect the items before a refund is issued. We also reserve the right to deny any refund for any reason listed above. 
(6.) If we receive an item that has any of the issues listed above, we will notify customer by phone or email. The customer may either:
(A): Come to the store to pick up their non-returnable items for free
(B): Opt for their items to be shipped back to them and be charged for standard shipping.
